HOME AMENITIES: The spacious and elegant interior boasts over 5600 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, five full and two half baths thoughtfully arranged. The open and modern layout allows a seamless flow for entertaining. It features a chef inspired kitchen with top of the line appliances, Wolf stove, built-in refrigerator, double oven, warming drawer and center prep island/dining bar. The kitchen was designed for cooking and entertaining with everything one needs to properly maximize the culinary experience while there. The main living area is a bright, airy space flooded with natural light and has comfortable seating for you and all of your guests. There is a wet bar with a compact refrigerator and separate ice-maker near the living/dining area. Upstairs there is a small television lounge near the two bunk rooms.  


ACCOMMODATIONS:  The master has a king bed, sitting area, en-suite bath with a soaker tub, shower and two sinks. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each having its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed with views of Lake Travis. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two sets of twin bed bunks. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a twin over double bunk bed and a day bed with trundle. There is a second master bedroom with private bath located in the separate building with the game room.  It includes a king bed, mini refrigerator and a coffee bar. There are pillow top Stearns & Foster mattresses in each room with down comforters and specially designed pillows.

PRIVATE GAME ROOM AND 2ND MASTER: Attached to the home by a enclosed breezeway is a separate building with a game room and 2nd master bedroom with bath. It has a large 85" flat-screen television, wet bar, and comfortable seating. This unique home provides guests with expansive views of the lake from most rooms in the home and game room.

OUTDOOR LIVING:  The outdoor living space has been carefully designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. There is lounging area, comfortable seating area with a television, dining table and outdoor kitchen.  Splash in the exquisite negative edge pool or relax in the hot tub while enjoying the views. There is an outdoor pool room with bathroom nearby. There is a fire pit close to the water for those chilly nights.



VIEWS: With dramatic views of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country from every common space and the master bedroom, you will thoroughly enjoy relaxing in this beautiful home.


LAKE AMENITIES: This is often considered the best location on Lake Travis for skiing, wakeboarding and other lake activities.  Enjoy kayaking, swimming and boating from the private dock.  (You are welcome to anchor your boat onto the dock.)

RESTRICTIONS: We are committed to making your stay at Serenity Estate a special and memorable experience. It is designed for people to pursue their enjoyment, personal / spiritual growth, connectedness with nature and each other in a positive and uplifting way. With this in mind, this home is NOT available for wild, drunken, disorderly, abusive, and destructive behavior on the property. Events with large groups or parties, bachelor or bachelorette groups and weddings will not be accepted. We do not allow groups where most people are below the age of 35. Guests are limited to a maximum of 10 adults and 6 children.  The number of guests includes all day and night guests with no additional allowed even if they are not spending the night. No pets allowed. (These rules are strict so please do not ask for exceptions.)

 LOCATION:  Located in the beautiful area of Spicewood, Texas, this home is convenient to great shopping, antiquing, horse-back riding, zip-lining and Austin.  It is about 30 miles from downtown Austin, W. 6th Street.  It is about 37 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and 42 miles to the Circuit of Americas in Elroy.
