This home has one of the best locations of Lake Travis in Volente, TX on the Sandy Creek Arm . The village sits alongside the crystal clear waters of Lake Travis and is near the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve. The area provides camping, swimming, jogging and walking, fishing, biking, water sports, sailing, and scuba diving. It's a great location for adults and children. It is less than 5 miles from Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, 2 miles from Volente Beach & Waterpark, 2.2 miles from Lake Travis Scuba and only 4 miles from Lake Travis Waterloo Adventures. It is also only 8.8 miles from The Oasis Restaurant and The Oasis Texas Brewing Company. If you want to go to Austin, it is just 22 miles from Downtown Austin 6th Street.
HOME AMENITIES: The chef's kitchen has top quality appliances to make your cooking experiences enjoyable, whether it is for a gourmet meal or picnics on the lake. Appliances include a Thermador refrigerator/freezer, Thermador stove that includes a 4 burner gas cooktop with a built in griddle and a double oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, wine refrigertor and an ice-maker. There is a coffee bar in the walk in pantry with a Krups 12 cup coffee maker and a coffee bean grinder. A deluxe toaster, hand mixer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. You have use of a large capacity front loading washer and dryer with soap provided.
ACCOMMODATIONS: This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. One half bath is conveniently located with a door to the outside patio and pool. It has two master bedrooms, both with great views of the lake and an ensuite private bath. Hunter Douglas powered shades make it very easy to enjoy the wonderful views yet provide privacy and darkness when needed. Master #1 has a door with access to the back patio. Master #2 has a tempurpedic mattress. Both have wall mounted flat screen t.v.'s. Bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds. It has access to a half bath very near the room. The 4th bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, two single twin beds, and a twin trundle. It also has a private bath. There are 10 separate beds and the trundle. Hair dryers are provided in the three full baths.
INDOOR AMENITIES: Enjoy the large flat screen televisions or play a game of pool. You can also relax in front of the gas fireplace with gas log and remote control.
There is a huge covered patio off the living/dining area with direct access to the pool. It includes a gas grill, sink and granite counter tops. You can enjoy great views while cooking on the gas grill, dining, sun bathing or splashing in the pool.
This area of Lake Travis is great for all water sports and is considered by many to be the best location. Having your own private dock makes it easy to enjoy the lake while staying at the home. One slip will be available for your use. While it is a 5 minute walk down to the dock, a strong cart is provided for carrying ice chests, etc.

PROCEDURE FOR RENTING THIS HOME:
1) You will send us basic information needed for us to write a lease agreement
2) We write the lease agreement and email it and a copy of the house rules to you with instructions
3) If your reservation is more than 30 days away: Your
deposit of 50% of the basic rental amount is due within 10 days along
with your signed lease agreement and house rules. The remaining balance
is due 30 days before your arrival date.
If your reservation is 30 days away or less:
All of the payment (the basic rental amount, tax, cleaning fee and
refundable security deposit) is due with the signed lease agreement and

5) When Jacque receives your payment, she will execute the lease agreement and email it to you.
6) You will be sent access information before your arrival.
