Our four bedroom, three bath, waterfront home is located in Lago Vista, Texas on beautiful Lake Travis. It's just a short & very scenic 40 minute drive from Austin!
The open, spacious floor plan allows everyone to be together while having fun while cooking, playing pool, watching t.v. or just hanging out.
CHEF'S DREAM KITCHEN . . .
If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love our fully-equipped KITCHEN that’s open to the living area so you will never be away from the action! It's spacious and perfect for multiple cooks. There are two sinks and two refrigerators, each with its own ice maker. The kitchen is equipped with a heavy duty blender, microwave, 4 slice toaster, Cuisinart food processor, electric can opener, a double pot & single pot coffee maker, electric mixer, coffee bean grinder, electric griddle, electric knife sharpener, huge selection of knives; margarita, wine, martini & champagne glasses and a large selection of pots & pans. We provide everything you could possibly need to prepare delicious meals for you and your guests. Unlike most vacation rentals kitchens, we are equipped with every utensil, gadget and appliance you could possibly need! If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just keep looking because it's there somewhere!
GREAT DINING CHOICES . . .
There's plenty of room for comfortable inside dining. The beautiful and comfortable dining table seats 12. The 11' x 4' breakfast bar is wonderful for quick and easy buffet-type dining and seats ten.
RELAXING FAMILY ROOM . . .
With high ceilings and lots of windows, there are gorgeous views from every direction.
The living area is equipped with a 65" Flat screen, high definition TV with its own Direct TV receiver. There is also a new stereo with iPod docking station.
HAVE SOME FUN . . .
For additional entertainment, there's a foosball table, pool table and ping pong table along with a cabinet full of board games, puzzles & playing cards. All of which are located in our massive living area.Our home is also equipped with WiFi & satellite TV.
SLEEPS 14 COMFORTABLY . . .
The MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed and flat screen t.v. There is an office desk with fax machine and printer. The spacious MASTER BATHROOM is equipped with a double vanity and a large shower/jacuzzi tub combo.
The SECOND BEDROOM also has a king size bed and a flat screen t.v.
THIRD BEDROOM a queen size bed and flat screen t.v.
The DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM is equipped with 4 bunk beds. The beds were custom made by a company who constructs bunk beds for fire departments throughout the United States. They are sturdy & extremely comfortable. Of the four bunk beds, three have full size beds on the bottom bunk and twin size beds on the top. The fourth bunk bed has a queen size bed on the bottom bunk and a queen size bed on the top bunk. This room is equipped with a Flat Screen T.V. & DVD player. This television also has its own Direct TV receiver.
The SECOND BATHROOM is located upstairs on the Main Level with a double vanity and a walk-in ceramic tile shower. The THIRD BATHROOM is located downstairs off the bunk room with a walk-in shower.

GREAT OUTDOOR LIVING AND ENJOYMENT . . .
There is a new covered deck with ceiling fans and outdoor lights for your ultimate outdoor enjoyment. You can relax under the shade or catch some sun while enjoying the fabulous views of Lake Travis.
The enormous deck looks out to the high cliffs of Paleface Park, which is also called Pace Bend Park. With no homes or campers on the opposite side of the lake, this home has an extremely private and scenic setting. Sitting around the deck watching the sun set over the cliffs is a breathtaking sight that you won’t soon forget! The deck furniture seats 8 around the table and 5 at the bar set. There’s also a double hammock that’s perfect for star gazing or for taking a nap after a long day on the lake. We provide our guests with a gas grill and we also provide the propane.
The boat dock is a single covered slip that will accommodate up to a 23' direct drive boat and two personal water crafts. The boat dock's electric lift has been updated with a new and improved cradle that will accommodate a direct drive or a V-Drive boat. There is also an electric lift for two personal water crafts. Bring your poles, the fishing is great right off our dock!

The gentle slope and 5' wide concrete walkway from the home to the lake make for an easy trek to the water.EASY ACCESS!!

Bunk Bed (8) : The Downstairs Bunk Room Consists Of 4 Bunkbeds With 8 Beds: 2 Beds Have Queen Size Mattresses; 3 Beds Have Double/Full Size Mattresses; And 3 Beds Have Twin Size Mattresses. Our Bunk Beds Were Custom Made By A Company That Constructs Bunk Beds For Fire Departments. They Are Heavy Duty And Extremely Comfortable!
