This spacious Lake Travis Waterfront Home is the perfect home for large family gatherings, group retreats, seminars, girlfriend get togethers, reunions or a simple lake getaway. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Sleeps 15.
This is the back of the home that faces the lake. The large covered back patio has 2 outdoor tables that seat 6 for a total of 12 people. Other chairs are also available. There is also a Weber propane grill.
A large and open family room is the perfect gathering space for all of your conversational and planning needs! Relax in front of the fireplace as you enjoy panoramic views of the lake. There is a 60" flat screen TV, DVD player & surround sound.
Well stocked kitchen with an island work station provides everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or create delicacies for a picnic. There is a second refrigerator downstairs.
Breakfast area is open to the living area.
Formal dining room offers a quiet dining experience.
The spacious master bedroom has gorgeous views of the lake. There are three Queen bunks (Queen bed over Queen bed). This is a HUGE bedroom!
Master Bathroom with double vanities & a shower.
Bedroom #2 is located in the main living area and has a king size bed with it's own private bath.
