As a new vacation rental, this home is in great shape and working order.

As all "lake people" know, this home has the best waterfront location since it is on one of the best parts of Lake Travis and is very close to downtown Austin.  It is located on the main basin and the deepest part of Lake Travis for easy boating. This home has direct and easy lake access. 





HOME AMENITIES: Recently  and extensively remodeled and updated, this executive house has high end and beautiful modern amenities with top of line Wolf, Subzero and Bosch appliances, granite countertops, a new 65 inch 4K home theater TV in the living room, 46 inch kitchen/dining area TV, 55 inch LED TV in the master bedroom, two 32 inch TV's in the two guest bedrooms, free wifi throughout the house and by the dock area, Sonos sound systems in four rooms plus the living room patio and the dock area, and video game consoles. There is a very large living room for relaxing after spending a day on the lake.
















ACCOMMODATIONS:
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home that sleeps 10.
  The master bedroom has 1 king bed, the guest room has 1 queen, and the bunk room has 1 double over double and 1 single over single bunk bed.  With breathtaking, spectacular northern views of Lake Travis from every common space and great views from the master bedroom looking towards the hills of the main basin of the lake, you will thoroughly enjoy relaxing in this beautiful home.

  











UTILITY ROOM: New front load washer & dryer for doing laundry.  Soap provided.  


OUTDOOR LIVING: There are two patios with an extra large one (approximately 850 sq. ft) along the water's edge that has chairs and a dining option, and a second one with a dining table that is 10 ft by 23 ft
 and located off the living room. There is also a 100 sq ft platform on the boat dock for lounging and play. The barefoot lawn is top quality zoysia grass.  For your grilling pleasure, you have two choices: a small charcoal grill and a larger gas grill on yet another patio facing the water.  This is an outdoor paradise on the main basin.   

 

 

  

LAKE AMENITIES: Bring your boat and enjoy the large boat dock that has a 14 x 26 ft concrete deck for relaxing, two slips (one open slip and one Hydro Hoist that are both 10 x 24 ft) two wave runner/jet ski hoists,  and two paddle board/kayak cradles to secure your toys at night, all adjacent to the large patio by the water.  With the absolute minimum steps to the water, it is a unique property.  The dock even has Internet for streaming music or checking your email.  Using the Hydro Hoist will require an additional amendment to the lease agreement that will include user instructions. An additional deposit will also be required. Otherwise, there will be one open slip for use.

We accept credit card payments through Homeaway, personal or business checks, cashier checks or bank wire transfers. 

RESTRICTIONS: Unfortunately we do not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties, groups over 10 (which includes all day and night guests), groups where most or all people are under the age of 35 as well as loud, drinking parties.  No special events are allowed if it includes more than 10 people. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR EXCEPTIONS. No smoking.

PETS: Please inquire before booking. Pets are discouraged and are very rarely accepted. If a pet is allowed, an additional deposit and a pet cleaning fee will be required.

PROCEDURE FOR RENTING THIS HOME:
1) You fill basic information needed for us to write a lease agreement
2) We write the lease agreement and email it and a copy of the house rules to you with instructions
3) If your reservation is more than 30 days away: Your deposit of 50% of the basic rental amount is due within 10 days along with your signed lease agreement and house rules. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.
If your reservation is 30 days away or less:  All of the payment (the basic rental amount, tax, cleaning fee and refundable security deposit) is due with the signed lease agreement and house rules. 
4) Once we get payment, your reservation is confirmed.
5) When Jacque receives your payment, she will execute the lease agreement and email it to you.
6) You will be sent access information before your arrival.
7) Refundable security deposits are returned by business check on the 15th and last day of each month if you pay with check. They are returned by Homeaway as a credit on your credit card 14 days after you check out if you pay through Homeaway.
